Sublimation

Tomorrow I put on my professor's cap and hopefully crawl into my cave of work far enough that the screeching of the outside political world gets lost. I've had enough black humor for one season, thank you very much. With luck, I won't notice the political scene again until the debates.

I have a new syllabus to write, a splay to get back to, a mockumentary to prepare, a documentary to research. Too many distractions, too much funk, for too long. Back to work.
