Here's good news from Jeremiah Rickert, one of our editors in the old format of the review: "One of the stories I ran in my pulp section, The Bismarck Rules, has been selected for The Best American Mystery Stories 2010, edited by Lee Child and Otto Penzler. It will even read 'previously appeared in the Oregon Literary Review' etc."
