Last class last night. Hate to see it end. For now, I'll continue my studies on my own. I have a good grounding in the basics now and five class songs to work on and a few books to add more. Lots of work to do, of course, and I remain motivated, so we'll see how it goes. I'll keep my eye out for another group class.

I think I'll start learning some songs in a new tuning, double C, right away. Also, I'll try to get the songs I know to a level where I can record a .wav file to archive them.

The journey has only begun.

Several more scripts to deal with. Also have to help Harriet haul art for her opening tomorrow night, which I told her I'd cover on video. Otherwise the weekend is fairly free.

Only thing I'm rooting for at the Oscars is Jeff Bridges and anyone associated with CRAZY HEART. I hope the woman gets best director. I can't imagine best film not going to AVATAR.
