Our largest audience yet, no doubt attracted by the 3 first rate writers reading, with many distinguished writers in the audience, a very successful event. And I got it on video for the next issue of the review.
I seem to be fighting the beginning of a cold or other malady, winning so far. Haven't been sick in a while and don't need to be now.
First music class this morning. Sight reading. I'll believe I can do this when it happens ha ha.
H on the train to Canada this morning, back next week for a week, then off to the east coast for a longer visit, babysitting a new grandchild and helping out. So lots of bachelor time in October, including my birthday, which will probably be a solitary dinner out somewhere. Ah, me.
Meanwhile, I'm still hobbling around like the old man I'm becoming.
