Royalties

Mail brought a royalties check from ebook sales in last quarter, much better than I expected, not a living wage by a long shot but good change for indulging in my various escapes, like coffee at Starbucks. Took me a few hours to set the books up at Smashwords but well worth it.

Go watch the vote in the House soon. Entire Progressive caucus against it! Big arguments in liberal blogs over the winner here, some saying Dems, most saying Republicans. The bottom line for me is that "trusting good will of Republicans" is built in and I think this is very foolish. They will do anything to make O look bad.
