Clean desks kill creativity
When I was Mgr Ed of Ore Biz mag I had a messy desk that my boss was always on my case about. We were visiting former gov Tom McCall at his home prior to my writing a profile of him. His home office desk was a disaster. Seeing my grin the gov said ... Empty desk empty mind. My boss left me alone after that.
