A few hours to kill before heading out to the university. Lately I catch the once-an-hour bus that comes nearby, parking the car on the street. Get to campus about 2. Get home about 730.
Probably will catch up on reading, rather than writing or proofing. Might even squander some time on TV.
We had so little summer this year, depressing to realize how many months I have to wait for a return to warm weather. I didn't get my quota.
Think I'll read the new book on JFK by Chris Mathews, even though he's one of those stubborn traditional journalists who buys the single assassin theory despite all the medical evidence against it.
Maybe I'll go back to bed.
