Oliver Stone's JFK

Instead of going to the basement, been answering email from actors -- so decided, as backdrop, to watch Oliver Stone's JFK again. I like it more than I remember, perhaps because I'm seeing it as a political thriller, not history, and so am focusing on its intrinsic drama, not its theories. Very gripping story, as drama and a character study.

I'm glad to know that you also like Oliver Stone's JFK. I think President Kennedy is a giant amongst world leaders of all ages.

Had Jesus also done similar to what JFK had done -- displayed astonishing selfless heroism after his ship, the PT 109, was sunk by the Japanese in 1943, supported the Algerian anti-colonial struggle as a US Senator and as President, stopped nuclear war on three occasions prevented wars in Latin America, Laos, Indonesia, stood up to the Steel Corporations and Banks etc. the proportion of the world's population would that workships Jesus would be much larger than the current 43%.

It's unfortunate that the selfish elites have succeeded in burying the truth about President Kennedy from most people.

Jim Garrison and Oliver Stone are also giants amongst men for having tried to make the truth known.

I find it hard to understand how the great folk singer Bob Dylan, also linked to on this page, who rightly opposed the Vietnam War that JFK also tried to stop, failed to see that.
