One thing about moving slower, as old age dictates, is you get to appreciate small pleasures along the way that you may have missed before. The smallest moment -- a greeting by a barista who remembers your name -- exudes positive energy.
Not sure I like gaining an hour today. So far, the only result is I made myself breakfast a 4 a.m. instead of 5 a.m.
Caught up on school work! This means I can spend some time on the short novel tomorrow.
