I think I'm caught up with student work -- and just in time since I pick up midterms tomorrow. Midterms!
Also, I had an especially good day of harmonica lessons & practice. I'm now halfway through my Freshman year at the Harmonica Academy. And today I remembered how to bend a note! My first challenge, I think, will be vibrato.
Also still working on powerful clear single notes -- mostly there but not 100% consistency. Practice makes perfect and all that. I actually enjoy playing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star when the goal is strong single notes ha ha.
The main thing is, I am thoroughly enjoying myself -- and a harmonica is so much easier to lug around than a banjo or guitar.
