My globe-trotting wife is planning a trip to Vietnam in June with other local artists, and from my end the planning (hearing one side of phone conversations) sounds so complicated and stressful, this alone would deter a guy like me from the trip. I'd rather be mellow right here, going nowhere. "The inside of my head is my country."
However, I would like to take another extended trip by CAR before I pass, and we've tentatively scheduled that for the summer of 2013. Southern Calif, Southern Utah, New Orleans, H's family on the east coast. Too many at home chores to do this summer. We'll take little trips as we can. (It's my first summer without a creative project.)

Watched a little Pac 12 bball today, read a little, cooked a little. Pretty cool day actually. The killer weekend ahead, with all the projects to look at one last time before final submissions.
