UFOs

Larry King had a show about UFOs tonight, his guests from the military for the most part. The required skeptic had an interesting disagreement with a military man who says he spent 45 minutes with a landed UFO, touched it, walked around it, and then watched it take flight. The skeptic wouldn't commit to thinking the retired guy was nuts or crazy, just that he was "misinterpreting" his experience. How do you "misinterpret" walking around a strange craft, then watching it zoom away? The guy is hallucinating or nuts or both, or he isn't. Monday, apparently, a large group of military and government men is speaking to the National Press Club on their belief in UFOs because of direct experience. Wonder how much press this will get.

Having seen one myself, I'm a believer in the "unidentified" part, and I think the odds demand life elsewhere in the universe. I applaud these ex-pilots and such coming out of the closet. Alas, there also are a lot of nuts in this camp, which the press loves to focus on. Poor Dennis K in the last debate, admitting he saw a UFO -- almost became a laughing stock to the press running the show. Yet there's sure a ton of unexplained experience and evidence to deal with.

Are you familiar with Coast to Coast with George Noorey? Art Bell? It on at 10 PM on 1190 KEX

http://www.coasttocoastam.com/

Anyway, they had the guy who was holding the press conference and he said that all past press conferences that had been held in the past has all been upstaged by a last minute press conference held by NASA, hastily put together at the last minute to drive attention away from their own conference.

I’m sure George will be talking about the press conference tonight on the show.

Luke, yeah, I check it out most nights to see what the subject is. If it's UFOs, or terrorism, or a scientist is the guest, I usually listen.
