Whenever Diane Sawyer says anything, I have to change the station before I destroy the TV. Tonight I discover that Andrew Sullivan, who is live blogging the Republican debate, agrees with me:

9.05 pm. When will Diane Sawyer shut up?

 9.16 pm. Sorry to keep hammering on this, but why does Diane Sawyer talk so much and treat us and the candidates as if we were eight years old?

 9.45 pm. Can someone tell Sawyer we are not in the slightest bit interested in her pointless, droning blather?

She's as bad as Sarah Palin.
