Postpartum cooking

I often go on a cooking jag after finishing the hardest part of a project, and so today. A new batch of scrapple to make. But first a "kitchen sink" casserole for dinner. A little bit of everything. So it's a relatively leisurely day, before I put my professor's cap on tomorrow.
