Comfort food


Poached eggs on toast in warm milk. It was my comfort food sixty years ago, and it's still comfort food today.

  1. Definitely runny. I make mine in a frying pan filled with water, bring to boil, simmer, drop in the eggs ... always visible so I get good control.
