Things to do tomorrow

Man, it was nice taking the bus home in daylight! I'm going to like this new schedule.

I introduced myself to the new department chair. He was in his office as I checked my mail. We'd never met, even though I've been around 14 years! But mostly in the evenings, which is like being invisible in the department.

Tomorrow I order my spring term books. I'm changing the screenplay back to Juno or Sideways, not sure which. I think Sideways may be a better learning experience since there are more differences between the script and the film -- lots of cuts, all of them an improvement.

I let a lot on the waiting list into class -- need to tally the roster and see how many I ended up with.

Round Bend will publish Eight Oregon Plays in paperback, late January or early February. I challenged TS to come up with a good cover, although the new one I made for Kindle is growing on me.

In my half awake dreaming this morning, I thought of adding a character to the short novel -- then awoke and realized what a terrible idea this was! However, I may use a part of what I had planned and add it to Kayla's character, the young woman with official mental problems. Or not, It may be layered and complex enough ha ha, and I should be going the other way, taking stuff out.

I am eager to hold a copy in my hands! Yes, I say this as a Kindle lover. Interesting contradiction.

Well, I am going to love my new schedule.
