This morning I published a new collection, Eight Oregon Plays, on Kindle. It took about an hour to put together, about 20 mins. to upload, and a couple hours for the site to get it active. Maybe four total hours to make this available! Blows my mind.
Round Bend Press will come out with a POD paperback. This used to seem so easy and convenient but now, in comparison to publishing directly on Kindle, it seems like a long process ha ha. Man, everything is relative. And the publishing industry is changing rapidly.
The plays are: Christmas at the Juniper Tavern (1984), The Half-Life Conspiracy (1983), Waitresses (1985), Varmints (1989), Bedrooms & Bars (1998), Country Northwestern (1981), 1934: Blood & Roses (1980), American Gadfly: the Story of Wayne Morse (1989). Five of these are collected in the earlier Country Northwestern and other plays of the Pacific Northwest.
