Future ugly

I think the hearings on Kagan will be even uglier than hearings we've seen recently. And I think the issue of her sexuality will be among the ugliest topics, even if it's only subtext. I'm not even sure she'll be confirmed in the end. We've seen a lot of Political Ugly lately but alas I think the worst is yet to come. Which shows you how little faith I have in the Senate these days.
