A favorite novel goes to screen

In my novel-writing class as an MFA grad student, we dissected two books, which remain all-time favorites of mine: Evan Connell's MRS. BRIDGE and Richard Yates' REVOLUTIONARY ROAD. Almost half a century after publication, the latter is going to screen.
