We scrubbed the deck yesterday in preparation for re-staining it today.

Next door, they've finally started construction work in the apple orchard they demolished two summers ago. So it's pretty noisy around here during the day.

I discovered there's a lot more I can do (and salvage) in the editing program than I thought -- I can manage all closeups in the software, for example. The challenge remains getting the actors to be "smaller" than their theater instincts want them to be. I may have to build this line by line, with modules.
